Trucking Operations Manager

About the role

Noatum Logistics Angola seeks an experienced Trucking Operations Manager to lead its inland fleet of over 100 trucks. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient road transport services while supporting business growth across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, routing, and maintenance of a fleet of 100+ trucks to ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients, guaranteeing on‑time deliveries and resolving bottlenecks.
• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities to expand the inland transport business.

Required profile

• Valid work authorization for Angola or Angolan citizenship.
• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in truck fleet, driver, and customer management.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving abilities, and deep knowledge of the Angolan road network and logistics landscape.
• Commercial mindset with ability to sell logistics services (preferred).
