About the role
The Sales Manager will lead all sales activities for DIP Angola’s large‑scale integrated business park and mixed‑use development. Reporting to senior management and based at the Luanda head office, the role is responsible for driving revenue, acquiring investors and managing a high‑performing sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and monitor market trends.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team, set KPIs and ensure accountability.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, brokers, corporations and government entities.
- Negotiate and support closing of land sales and investment agreements.
- Represent DIP Angola at exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
- Oversee CRM updates, lead tracking and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, marketing and other departments to support deal execution.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and investors throughout the sales cycle.
Required profile
- Highly organized, results‑oriented and proactive professional.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Ability to analyse market trends and identify strategic investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills for client and investor relations.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting.
