Resource Planner

About the role

The Resource Planner will coordinate administrative and logistics activities that support operational personnel across multiple countries. This role ensures seamless crew movements, travel arrangements, and accurate data management while driving digital automation and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end logistics for crew rotations, mobilisations, and demobilisations, including travel, accommodation and ground transport.
• Maintain and update rotation plans, work schedules, crew availability and operational assignments to guarantee coverage.
• Validate employee timesheets, working hours and rotation records before approval.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems using Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists and other Microsoft 365 tools.
• Create, configure and deploy AI agents with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to automate administrative processes.
• Design automated workflows with Power Automate, Copilot Studio and SharePoint for notifications, approvals and data collection.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that visualise logistics, travel status, timesheets and performance metrics.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into structured databases and management reports.

Required profile

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Proven experience in personnel logistics, crew rotations and travel coordination across multi‑country operations.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail for timesheets, travel arrangements and operational data.
