Resource Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Resource Planner to support Halliburton’s operations in Angola. The role involves coordinating equipment, materials and personnel for job sites, ensuring accurate dispatch and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customer call sheets and coordinate PSL services and equipment as directed by the Service Coordinator.
• Communicate with customers, service supervisors and specialists to ensure gate‑to‑gate accuracy and verbally dispatch equipment and personnel.
• Electronically dispatch and post actuals on the SAP scheduling board.
• Document service requirements and assist in loading out the correct equipment, material and personnel.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of related experience.
• Strong awareness of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and commitment to quality improvement.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and follow instructions from the Service Coordinator.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP scheduling board.
• Basic computer data‑processing skills, including spreadsheet software.
• Familiarity with word processing applications.
