QSR Operations Manager – Multi‑Country (Angola & Namibia)

About the role

The QSR Operations Manager will oversee a portfolio of Vida e Caffe stores across Angola and Namibia. You will ensure alignment between procurement, marketing, logistics, HR and training while driving brand standards, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals and disciplinary actions for store staff.
• Maintain HR records, manage rosters, submit payroll and coordinate leave planning.
• Enforce operational standards, product quality, and customer service through daily store visits and audits.
• Plan and book staff training, coach junior employees and develop high‑performing teams.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings with Country Manager, franchisees and suppliers to review performance and address issues.
• Drive sales targets, manage product displays, and implement cross‑selling initiatives.
• Control food cost variance, monitor stock levels and take corrective actions to meet financial targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple QSR or retail food‑service outlets.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills for budgeting, cost control and performance reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
