QHSE Coordinator

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a proactive QHSE Coordinator to implement and enforce quality, health, safety, and environmental policies across its operations. You will play a key role in maintaining safe work practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in quality and safety performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce QHSE policies, procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify housekeeping, safe work practices and compliance with QHSE requirements.
• Advise on unsafe situations and intervene to correct safety violations.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and develop corrective action recommendations.
• Assist in managing workplace injury, disability and workers’ compensation cases.
• Perform hazard identification and environmental impact assessments, ensuring appropriate mitigation measures.
• Monitor, compile and report HSE data to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal quality audits and investigate non‑conformities, supporting corrective actions.
• Track monthly quality objectives and KPIs.
• Develop and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks and QHSE training; maintain training records.
• Organise QHSE awareness activities, campaigns and emergency response drills.
• Maintain QHSE records, prepare reports and support external audits, client reviews and regulatory inspections.
