Project Quality, Reporting and Implementation Advisor

About the role

The Project Quality, Reporting and Implementation Advisor supports high‑quality delivery of the PARS Angola climate‑adaptation project, working closely with the Project Management Unit, UNIDO and the Angolan Ministry of Environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day coordination of the PARS Angola project, maintain work plans, implementation trackers and ensure timely follow‑up of actions.
• Prepare and consolidate project reports for UNIDO and GEF, ensuring data quality, alignment with financial reporting and compliance with donor requirements.
• Monitor project risks, maintain the risk register and coordinate corrective actions with technical and support teams.
• Provide operational support for procurement planning, preparation of terms of reference and coordination with finance and logistics.

Required profile

• Experience in project cycle management, monitoring and reporting within international development or climate‑adaptation programmes.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet tight reporting deadlines.
