Programme Manager – Impact Foundation (Angola)

About the role

We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead the Africell Impact Foundation’s activities in Angola. The role will coordinate social‑impact projects in the core focus areas of Arts & Culture and Education & Entrepreneurship, working closely with local leadership and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of activities, projects and investments of the Africell Impact Foundation in Angola.
• Oversee a fast‑paced pipeline of social‑impact initiatives, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Source and evaluate new project opportunities that align with the Foundation’s mission.
• Collaborate with local leadership, commercial teams and the London‑based Impact Foundation committee.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programme or project management, preferably in the non‑profit or social‑impact sector.
• Ability to work with local leadership and commercial teams across multiple functions.
• Strong communication skills for reporting to senior stakeholders.
