Personal Assistant – Luanda

About the role

Robert Bosch Limitada is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Directors in Luanda. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling office administration, and overseeing travel arrangements while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize meetings.
• Coordinate conferences, workshops, and internal functions as required.
• Act as the primary point of contact for leadership, associates, clients, and external partners.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and handle ad‑hoc secretarial duties such as expense claims, ordering consumables, and filing.
• Prepare and distribute communications, agendas, minutes, and presentations.
• Arrange travel and accommodation in line with local travel policy, including bookings, itineraries, and expense reconciliations.
• Support the Regional Head with secretarial and administrative tasks.
• Handle any additional ad‑hoc tasks that arise daily.

Required profile

• Secretarial diploma, office administration degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Strong ability to manage conflicting deadlines and confidential information.
• Excellent time‑management, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
