Medical Delegate – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Medical Delegate will promote Shalina Angola’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across an assigned territory in Luanda. The role combines field visits, scientific communication, and sales activities to drive product awareness and achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics and pharmacies to present product information and benefits.
• Achieve assigned sales, coverage and promotion targets while maintaining accurate visit reports and customer records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, providing market intelligence to management.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns and participate in training sessions and scientific presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, Biology or related life‑science field from an accredited institution.
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar medical representative role.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and analytical skills, with a focus on ethical and compliant promotion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM or sales reporting systems for territory planning and data analysis.
