Medical Delegate

About the role

The Medical Delegate will promote Shalina Group’s pharmaceutical and healthcare products to healthcare professionals across Angola. You will build strong professional relationships, provide accurate product information, and work towards achieving sales and business objectives within your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
• Present accurate, scientific and up‑to‑date product information using approved promotional materials.
• Achieve assigned sales, prescription generation and coverage objectives.
• Implement the medical promotion strategy and action plans within the territory.
• Identify business opportunities and potential customers.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Provide regular reports on customer visits, market intelligence and territory performance.
• Participate in product launches, medical events, conferences, meetings and promotional activities.
• Support marketing and sales campaigns, provide feedback from healthcare professionals, and assist in organising scientific meetings and product presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Marketing or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities with healthcare professionals.
