Marketing and Sales Executive

About the role

European Travel Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Executive to drive new business and manage existing client portfolios in both leisure and corporate travel segments. Based in Luanda, you will work on‑site to promote a wide range of travel products and services across domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead follow‑up.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare tailored travel proposals and quotations, and close sales.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
• Coordinate with operations and trip advisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance against targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product development and pricing.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation and negotiation.
• Marketing experience with campaign planning and brand promotion, preferably in travel or related sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving mindset.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple client requests.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, corporate travel or MICE services is a plus.
