Inventory Controller

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to manage spare parts, raw materials, and inventory for industrial operations. The role involves overseeing inventory processes and ensuring accurate records in Primavera ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory of industrial raw materials, spare parts and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, store and issue materials according to procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Primavera ERP.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Procurement and Operations teams.
• Monitor slow‑moving, obsolete and critical inventory items.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials and spare parts.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of inventory control experience.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing or plant inventory.
• Strong experience with spare parts and raw materials.
• Proficiency in Primavera ERP (required).
• Good English communication skills.
