Robert Bosch Angola is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead all financial operations, from daily transactions to strategic planning and reporting. The role is pivotal in ensuring financial stability, supporting growth, and maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain robust financial operations aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Optimize financial processes to reduce costs, improve cash flow, and enhance profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies while managing financial risks.
• Provide accurate and timely financial insights to support business decisions.
• Manage company cash flow, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Organize, plan, and direct the use of financial resources.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Oversee tax and social security submissions to the relevant authorities.
• Allocate financial, physical, technological, and human resources strategically.
• Offer financial advice to various business units such as Electrical Tools, Thermotechnology, Home Appliances, Automotive Parts, and Hydraulic Systems.
• Oversee procurement processes and control expenses.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
