About the role

Poliglota Angola is seeking a dedicated English Language Teacher to join its team in Luanda. You will design and deliver engaging English lessons, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs while fostering a supportive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging English lessons.
• Tailor teaching methodologies to individual learner needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English and solid knowledge of teaching methodologies.
• Experience in lesson planning and educational content development.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience teaching English as a second language is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
