Deputy Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Deputy Supply Chain Manager will support the implementation of our supply chain and procurement strategy, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food safety and HACCP standards. You will work closely with production teams, suppliers and logistics to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement supply chain and procurement policies and monitor daily KPIs.
• Ensure production teams follow health, safety, food safety and HACCP requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and develop action plans to improve service.
• Lead and coach logistics and procurement teams, handling HR matters, planning, timesheets and vacation schedules.
• Oversee storage organization, inventory control, expense claims and proper use of Winrest.
• Supervise bidding processes, purchase order receipt timelines and inventory management systems.
• Guarantee the integrity of the quality management system during changes.
• Participate in training initiatives and conduct research to select optimal products and suppliers.

Required profile

• Fluent English (mandatory); Portuguese or French is a plus.
• International offshore experience.
• Available to start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Winrest software.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and QHSE standards.
• Experience in inventory and procurement management.
