Corporate English Trainer (European Portuguese Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Corporate English Trainer who is bilingual in European Portuguese and English to deliver online language training to business professionals worldwide. The role involves conducting live video lessons, either one‑on‑one or in groups, and preparing brief lesson reports.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live video training sessions to individual learners or groups.
• Prepare and submit lesson reports documenting covered material.

Required profile

• Energetic, pleasant and engaging personality.
• Excellent oral and written communication in European Portuguese and English.
• College or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching English.
• Willingness to teach via video and comfort with online teaching platforms.
• Fluency in additional languages and editing/proofreading experience are a plus.

Required skills

• Dedicated quiet workspace with a PC or Mac (Windows 10+ or macOS Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma).
• Intel Core i5 (12th gen) or i7 (11th gen) processor, or Apple M1 chip.
• 8 GB RAM or more and at least 20 GB free disk space.
• Noise‑cancelling headset with microphone and webcam.
• High‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download and upload).
