Commercial Growth Manager – Africa

About the role

KIDZONET® is seeking a Commercial Growth Manager to lead subscription sales across African telecom markets. The role will partner with top telecom operators to drive revenue, acquire new customers and improve subscriber retention for the child online protection platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive subscriber and revenue growth across partner telco markets.
• Develop and execute country‑specific commercial growth plans.
• Improve customer acquisition, activation, retention and reduce churn.
• Analyse market performance and recommend initiatives to increase sales.
• Build strong relationships with telco teams and share best practices across operating companies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in telecom, digital services, value‑added services, consumer marketing or product management.
• Proven track record of growing subscription or digital services.
• Experience working with Mobile Network Operators.
• Experience in African markets is an advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Africa.
