Channel Account Executive – Partner Management

About the role

The Channel Account Executive will drive growth for Cisco through its channel partners across Managed Service Providers, Telecommunications, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and the Public Sector. You will work closely with partner sales and technical teams, Cisco account managers and internal stakeholders to build pipeline, support revenue generation and strengthen partner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with assigned Cisco channel partners and conduct regular business reviews.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, maintain pipeline for Networking, Security, Collaboration, Data Center, Cloud and Software solutions.
• Assist partners with deal registration, quoting, pricing requests and opportunity tracking.
• Support partner enablement through training sessions, webinars, certifications and solution briefings.
• Execute joint go‑to‑market campaigns, demand‑generation activities and co‑selling initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and prepare periodic business updates.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the technology sector.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal sales teams.
• Experience working with MSP, Telco, BFSI or public‑sector customers.
• Strong understanding of Cisco’s portfolio and partner program requirements.
