Service Point Advisor

About the role

The Service Point Advisor supports the administration of service point programs, handling customer orders, shipments and returns while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies. The role involves direct interaction with walk‑in customers and internal teams to maintain high levels of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist walk‑in customers with pick‑up or hand‑in of shipments at service points.
• Conduct sales, service and customer‑satisfaction activities.
• Provide product and service information to answer customer inquiries.
• Perform routine administrative tasks such as research, data processing, validation and documentation.
• Process data and generate standard reports as required.
• Follow standard operating procedures and explain policies to colleagues.
• Communicate information that requires explanation or interpretation.
• Address task‑related issues to maintain effective work relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Service Point, Customer Contact Centre or Telesales environment.
• Experience in a customer‑relations setting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken, read and written).
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to follow clear directions, policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours for public holidays and daylight‑saving changes.
