Senior Sales Executive – MICE (Luanda)

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) revenue from Luanda. You will act as an Emirates ambassador, building strategic relationships with MICE agents, associations and tourism stakeholders to position Dubai as a premier global MICE destination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with major MICE agents, convention bureaus, hotels, DMCs and tourism offices.
• Collaborate with the Global MICE team and regional sales managers to manage strategic accounts and share opportunities across territories.
• Achieve weekly call targets, update sales plans in Salesforce.com and report outcomes.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales plans for key accounts, monitor revenue results and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate incentive and discount agreements, implement contracts and assess their effectiveness.
• Generate leads using business intelligence tools, qualify them and convert them into accounts.
• Track competitor activity and coordinate Emirates’ response with local and global teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of formal education or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the MICE or travel sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high‑level stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com for sales planning and reporting.
