Senior AI/ML Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy production‑grade AI agents for enterprise customers. You will work closely with our core engineering team to power Recapi's digital AI employees across healthcare, finance, and other enterprise domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement model architectures and fine‑tune large language models (LLMs).
• Develop retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt‑engineering solutions.
• Build evaluation pipelines and ensure agents meet reliability and safety standards.
• Own the full lifecycle from research to production deployment, including model serving, monitoring, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM fine‑tuning, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with production ML systems (model serving, monitoring, A/B testing).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and excellent communication skills.
