Full Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

Join our engineering team to build and scale the Recapi platform, including the admin portal, customer‑facing dashboards, and internal tooling. You will work across the stack using Next.js, React, and TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js, Express, and MongoDB on the backend.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features for the Recapi platform.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver polished, high‑performance user experiences.
• Implement and optimise REST APIs, authentication flows, and cloud deployment pipelines.
• Maintain code quality through CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and code reviews.
• Contribute to internal tooling and improve developer productivity.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication systems, and cloud deployment.
• Eye for design and attention to UI/UX details.
