DevOps / Platform Engineer

About the role

Recapi is looking for a DevOps/Platform Engineer to build and maintain the infrastructure that powers its AI agents at scale. You will ensure high reliability, performance, and security for enterprise customers while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters across cloud environments.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to achieve 99.99% uptime.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and automate deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise with AWS and/or GCP.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and compliance.
• Hands‑on scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
