Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join Yango Group’s customer service team in Luanda, Angola. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, gathering feedback and managing complex cases to ensure a smooth support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance to customers via email, phone and chat.
• Resolve complex support cases professionally and within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and log all support interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Own a personal laptop or desktop suitable for remote work tools.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role is a plus.
