Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join betPawa’s growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our users across Africa, ensuring they receive a smooth and enjoyable betting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers through all available engagement channels, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Review and resolve complaints, continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience.
• Promote the value of betPawa’s products by delivering a high-quality service.
• Conduct call-out exercises to educate users on existing and new products.
• Perform surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and brand perception.
• Maintain a flexible and dynamic working schedule as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of college education.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or call-center environments.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong interest in helping others and delivering exceptional service.
• Interest in the sports industry; knowledge of football betting is advantageous.
