Senior Surveyor Engineer (10+ years experience)

About the role

The Senior Surveyor Engineer will lead the design and review of surveying systems for building and infrastructure projects. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a strong technical background and the ability to ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prepare and validate surveyor drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Coordinate power distribution and power system designs, including panel boards, feeders and distribution networks.
• Perform technical calculations, load analyses, protection coordination and reliability assessments.
• Collaborate with structural, architectural and multidisciplinary teams to support project managers.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout project phases.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve construction‑stage technical issues and contribute to value‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Surveyor Engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in surveyor engineering within construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• In‑depth knowledge of international and local surveyor codes and standards.
• Proven ability to work on‑site, manage multiple tasks and take ownership of technical decisions.
