Finance Manager – Angola

About the role

Robert Bosch Angola is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead all financial activities, from daily transactions to strategic planning and reporting. The role ensures the company’s financial health, supports growth objectives, and maintains compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain robust financial operations that align with the company’s strategic goals and ensure long‑term viability.
• Optimize processes to reduce costs, improve cash flow and enhance profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to tax laws, accounting standards and internal policies while managing financial risks.
• Provide accurate financial insights to support business decisions and senior management.
• Build trust with internal and external stakeholders through transparent reporting.
• Control performance through invoicing, cost control, cash‑flow management and budget monitoring.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, forecasts and regulatory submissions.
• Allocate financial, physical, technological and human resources efficiently.
• Advise business units such as Electrical Tools, Thermotechnology and Automotive Parts on financial matters.
• Oversee procurement, expense control and relationships with banks and auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and local financial regulations.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Ability to manage cash flow, budgets and financial reporting in a multinational environment.
