About the role

The Surveyor II – Service Excellence Survey Services role supports field survey projects, ensuring safe and efficient execution of tasks as directed by crew chiefs, project managers, and client representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist fellow employees and perform work in accordance with safe work procedures.
• Conduct and document daily Job Safety Analyses and safety pre‑tower meetings.
• Follow OII, DOTD, or client‑specific requirements and company safety rules.
• Carry out specific job tasks as requested by the client or project manager.
• Maintain and safeguard company equipment and train field personnel.
• Perform basic field calculations and navigate survey sites independently.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to make timely, objective decisions and refer issues to higher authority when needed.
• Strong planning, organizing, and priority‑setting skills for project work.
• Capability to train and develop other field staff.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and handle adverse conditions such as weather or equipment problems.
• Good sense of direction and self‑navigation skills.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices.
