Senior Proposals Advisor – Integrated Well Services & Solutions

About the role

The Senior Proposals Advisor will lead the development and delivery of complex technical and commercial proposals for Integrated Well Services & Solutions. You will work closely with customers, internal engineering, legal, risk and finance teams to ensure proposals meet technical requirements, commercial objectives and contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, compile and submit tender documentation and proposals.
• Negotiate with customers and ensure deals deliver shareholder value.
• Drive competitive pricing and conduct commercial risk assessments.
• Manage complex sales processes involving multiple internal and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, legal, risk, finance) to produce complete proposals.
• Handle medium‑large and multi‑country opportunities in challenging markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a scientific discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposals, commercial tendering, or related functions.
• Technical background and understanding of the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English with interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with MS Project.
