Senior G2G Data Systems & Transition Advisor (Angola)

About the role

Dexis is seeking a Senior G2G Data Systems & Transition Advisor to support the Government of the Republic of Angola (GRA) in strengthening health, finance, and supply‑chain systems. The advisor will work closely with the Angolan Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, and the U.S. Department of State to ensure a smooth transition of malaria, HIV, and broader global health security programs to sustainable government ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior technical and strategic leadership for Government‑to‑Government (G2G) transition activities.
• Design, implement, and monitor transition plans aligned with the new Presidential Executive Order.
• Oversee performance monitoring and reporting for the Health Memorandum of Understanding.
• Strengthen health management information systems and supply‑chain management systems.
• Support public financial management reforms and institutional capacity building.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in international health programs, especially malaria and HIV.
• Proven ability to work with government ministries and U.S. agencies.
• Strong understanding of health systems, finance, and supply‑chain processes.
• Demonstrated leadership in designing and executing transition strategies.
