Product Designer

About the role

Recapi is seeking a Product Designer to shape the experience of its AI‑driven platform, covering everything from the marketing site to the admin portal and AI agent dashboards. You will own the end‑to‑end design process and work closely with engineers and the founding team to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and deliver production‑ready designs in Figma.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and design tokens.
• Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
• Perform usability testing and incorporate data‑driven insights into design iterations.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, user‑friendly interfaces.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product design experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work for enterprise products.
• Expert‑level proficiency with Figma, including component systems and design tokens.
• Deep understanding of design systems, responsive design, and data‑informed design practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
