Human Resources Specialist – Angola

About the role

Workistry is expanding its presence in Angola and needs a proactive Human Resources Specialist to lead recruiting operations. You will be the public face of the platform, building a vibrant community of recruiters and connecting top employers with qualified talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and onboard recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform across Angola.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies seeking talent partnerships.
• Design and execute a growth strategy for the recruiter network in Angola’s most active hiring markets.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry meet‑ups and professional conferences in Angola.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in Angola, either agency or in‑house.
• Established network of hiring managers, HR professionals or recruiters in Angola.
• Proven record of successful placements across any industry vertical.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Strong use of LinkedIn for sourcing and networking.
• Familiarity with other digital networking applications.
