Ecommerce Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Ecommerce Manager to lead and expand our online sales operations. You will own the ecommerce platform, enhance the customer experience, and drive revenue growth through data‑informed strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ecommerce website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Monitor site performance, functionality, and user experience, coordinating with logistics and customer service for seamless order fulfillment.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on email, social media, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Plan and run online promotions, discounts, and product launches.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Work closely with developers, designers, suppliers, and external partners, supervising ecommerce staff where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce or a related field.
• Proven experience in ecommerce management or online retail operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and market data.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
