Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service and Order Management teams. You will support billing, order processing, and customer inquiries while ensuring accurate financial data and smooth order‑to‑cash execution.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and enter billing and order data in SAP.
• Manage customer orders throughout the order‑to‑cash cycle, coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations, and Inventory teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional resolutions.
• Prepare invoices, maintain accurate records, and support collections and account reconciliation.
• Enter data into the tax portal (ESF) and gather invoice backup for audit purposes.
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal auditing.
• Identify and implement improvements to billing and order management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Order Management or Customer Service.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar ERP system).
• Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with tax portals such as ESF.
• Familiarity with ERP tools like 1C or Ariba (preferred).
