Voice Support Specialist – Remote (Angola)

About the role

Yango Group is seeking a Voice Support Specialist to provide phone and chat assistance to customers in Angola. This remote position focuses on resolving technical issues, maintaining high satisfaction levels, and supporting the broader support team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely customer support via phone and chat.
• Assist customers with technical problems related to Yango products and services.
• Escalate complex cases to senior specialists or relevant departments.
• Update customer records and keep accurate logs of interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Own a laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and backup power source.
• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
• At least 3 months experience in customer support or call‑center environments (preferred).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
