Subsea Field Supervisor

About the role

Expro is seeking an experienced Subsea Field Supervisor to lead a team in Angola. You will be responsible for safe and efficient offshore operations, ensuring equipment compliance and delivering high‑quality service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise offshore operations, allocate tasks, and ensure safe completion in line with the operating manual.
• Conduct equipment checks to verify compliance and technical correctness.
• Lead toolbox talks and planning meetings, and support on‑shore preparation and reporting as needed.
• Plan and execute site support requirements to maintain continuous operations.
• Liaise with client representatives, attend meetings, and uphold service quality.
• Complete required documentation according to company and client procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve competency goals and mentor subordinates.
• Maintain effective communication with the operations department to ensure safe task execution.

Required profile

• Formal technical qualification (degree, diploma or equivalent).
• At least 9 years of relevant technical experience.
• Proven team‑lead or supervisory experience in a subsea environment.

• Subsea technical competency.
• Equipment inspection and compliance verification.
