Outside Recovery Associate

About the role

The Outside Recovery Associate supports Rural King’s outdoor merchandising area by helping customers load their purchases into vehicles and maintaining an inviting store exterior. This position blends customer service with hands‑on merchandising tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles and obtain signatures on load‑out tickets.
• Price and zone outdoor merchandise, ensuring accurate labeling and organized displays.
• Unload delivery trucks, gather shopping carts, and keep parking, corral, and entry areas clean.
• Maintain the outdoor merchandising presentation according to the store guide.
• Operate retail equipment such as Telxon gun, forklift, pallet jack, ladder, and standard office devices.
• Participate in cross‑training and ongoing learning initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to work safely in a physical, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to follow merchandising standards and store policies.
