Early Careers Geologist – Entry Level

About the role

SLB is seeking an early‑career Geologist to join its Geoscience and Petrotechnical teams. You will apply earth‑science knowledge together with modern logging technologies to assess reservoir architecture and hydrocarbon potential for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the geoscience team to evaluate exploration prospects.
• Prepare surface and subsurface maps that illustrate stratigraphic relationships.
• Generate structural models, including seismic interpretation, geological interpretation, rock‑property analysis, mapping, and time‑to‑depth conversion.
• Perform facies modelling to support reservoir characterization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Geology.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
• Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse working conditions.
